Caitlin Tully Earns USA Lacrosse All-America Honorable Mention

| By:

ITHACA, N.Y. — USA Lacrosse announced its NCAA Division I women's All-Americans on Thursday, recognizing the top individual performers of the 2026 season. Among the honorees was Caitlin Tully of Cornell Big Red, who earned honorable mention distinction following a standout senior campaign.

Tully capped her collegiate career as one of the Ivy League's premier defenders, earning First Team All-Ivy League and Academic All-Ivy League honors while serving as a team captain for the Big Red. She started all 15 games and led Cornell in ground balls (35), caused turnovers (35) and draw controls (53).

Her 35 caused turnovers rank third-most in a single season in program history, while her 53 draw controls place eighth on Cornell's single-season list. Tully also concluded her career ranked fourth in Cornell history with 79 career caused turnovers.

In her final collegiate appearance, Tully recorded a season and career-high seven draw controls in Cornell's 11-10 victory over Ivy League regular-season champion Yale Bulldogs.

USA Lacrosse recognized 101 student-athletes from 36 Division I programs on its 2026 All-America teams. Selections were made by USA Lacrosse Magazine staff with input from coaches and conferences across the country.

""Caitlin is so deserving of this recognition; she has been a standout player for the Big Red since her freshman year. Caitlin's speed, skill, and leadership as a two-time captain made her a dynamic force on the lacrosse field. In her final season she was spectacular on the draw circle, on defense, and in transition, impacting every aspect of the game.  We are so proud of all that Caitlin Tully accomplished as a scholar-athlete in our Cornell program," said The Karin Bain Kukral '82 Head Coach of Women's Lacrosse Jenny Graap.
