Ivy Plus Invitational results/schedule
PRINCETON, N.J. and PHILADELPHIA — The men's tennis team will have two all-Cornell finals in the singles bracket of the Ivy-Plus tournament after the second day of play concluded Saturday. The Big Red has six singles players through to the championship match of their respective brackets. The event is co-hosted by Penn and Princeton.
SINGLES

Cordish Draw: Junior
Daniel Grunberger and freshman
Pietro Rimondini will comprise an all-Cornell final after winning their respective semifinals matches. Grunberger stormed back to take out VCU's Louis Ishizaka, 2-6, 6-1, 6-2, and Rimondini — the bracket's third seed — took out Yale's Stefan Doehler, 6-2, 7-6(4). The championship match is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. Sunday.

Lenz Draw: Third-seeded senior
Colin Sinclair defeated the bracket's top seed, Andrew Schafer of South Carolina, 6-3, 7-6(2), in the semifinals. Sinclair will face Penn's Josh Pompan in the final at 10 a.m. Sunday.

Penn Singles 2 Draw: Junior
Karim Arem defeated Harvard's Logan Weber in the semifinals, 6-2, 6-3. On the other side of the draw, freshman
Joseph McAllister topped third-seeded Gabriel Nemeth, of Penn State, in the other semifinal, 4-6, 6-2, 6-2, to set up the all-Cornell championship match at 10 a.m. Sunday.

Penn Singles 3 Draw: Freshman
Al Hill is the top seed and took out Dartmouth's Joey Haig, 6-3, 6-4, in a Saturday semifinal. Hill will face second-seeded Zach Lieb, of Penn State, in a 10 a.m. Sunday championship match.

Nassau Draw: Senior
Bernardo Casares Rosa was defeated by Penn's Matt Nardella, 4-6, 6-1, (13-11), in the consolation semifinals. Casares Rosa is scheduled to take on Buffalo's Filip Grbic in the 11th-place match on Sunday.

Penn Singles 1 Draw: Sophomore
Maverick Lin won a consolation match against Penn's Max Cancilla, 6-3, 6-3, and is scheduled to face Dartmouth's Eddie Grabill on Sunday. Freshman
Rohan Sikka advanced in his consolation bracket by default and has drawn Harvard's Galen Lee on Sunday. Senior
Chris Vrabel is slated to face second-seeded Payton Holden, of Princeton, in Sunday's consolation round.

Rockefeller Draw: The senior pairing of Casares Rosa and Sinclair lost a first-round match against South Carolina's Gabriel Friedrich and Harrison O'Keefe, the bracket's second seed, 8-6. Princeton's Alexander Day and Luke Gamble then handed the Big Red duo another 8-6 setback in the consolation semifinals.

Pagoda Draw: Grunberger and Rimondini took down the bracket's top seed, Princeton's Tom Colautti and Josh Yablon, in the first round, 8-3, but later lost a semifinal against South Carolina's Andrew Schafer and Thomas Mayronne , 8-0. The Big Red tandem is scheduled to take on Tennessee's Srdjan Jakovljevic and Preston Touliatos in the third-place match.

Penn Doubles 1 Draw: Arem and Lin fell in the first round to Princeton's Payton Holden and Jimmy Wasserman, 8-6, then lost a consolation semifinals match against Penn State's Nika Dolidze and David Kohan, 8-5.

Penn Doubles 2 Draw: Hill and Sikka were defeated in the first round by Princeton's Jon Carcione and Davey Robertson, 8-6. They rebounded with an 8-5 win over Dartmouth's Joey Haig and Paul Migley to set up a consolation final match against Bryant's Art Jakubowski and Luke Lorenz at 9 a.m. Sunday.
