Both Diakow (Israel) and Helmer (Ireland) will serve as assistant coaches, while Smith Gloster and Steinberg will take the field for England and Israel, respectively.
The event, which is taking place from July 12-22 at Surrey Sports Park in Guildford, England, includes 25 nations.
The opening ceremony will kick off the event on July 12 and will be followed immediately by the start of pool play as host England faces Wales at 6 p.m. England will be led by Smith Gloster, who is participating in her second FIL World Cup and was selected to serve as the team's co-captain.
Israel and Ireland will open Pool play the following day with Israel facing the Netherlands at 11 a.m. and Ireland taking on New Zealand at 11:30 a.m.
The pool play seeding structure has been calculated through use of placing positions from the 2013 World Cup in Canada. Nations who are playing in the World Cup for the first time have been placed based on previous results, geographic diversity and their 2016 European Championship placing position.
The pools will play a round robin from July 12-18. The top placing teams from Pools B, C, D and E will play off to decide which two nations qualify to play in the Championship Division. Beginning on July 19, nations will proceed to play in the Championship Division (Teams 1-8), the Platinum Division (Teams 9-16) and the Diamond Division (Teams 17-25). The medal-round games are scheduled for July 22.
England is in Pool A with the USA, Canada, Australia, Wales, and Scotland. Israel is competing in Pool C with The Netherlands, Czech Republic, China, Belgium, while Ireland is in Pool E with New Zealand, Sweden, and Columbia.
