ITHACA, N.Y. –
Tim Graham, a member of the 2018 Australian Men's National Team that finished fourth at the 2018 FIL Men's World Championships, will join the Big Red for the upcoming 2019 season, as was announced today by
Peter Milliman, the Richard M. Moran Head Coach of Lacrosse.
Graham went 52-of-100 (.520) at the World Championships, the fourth highest mark in the Blue Division, behind the US duo of Trevor Baptiste (.750) and Greg Gurenlian (.620), and Canada's Jake Withers (.550). He finished the tournament with a team-high 35 ground balls.
Graham also competed for the Australian U19 team and was named the team's MVP following its contest with England. He was a two-time captain of the U18 Victorian Lacrosse Team (2016, 2017) and was a three-time All-Star at the U18 Australian Lacrosse Championships (2015, 2016, 2017), as well as the tournament MVP in 2017. Graham was named to the Victorian Men's State League All-Star Team 2017.
As a member of the Malvern Lacrosse Club, Graham has taken home the team's Best and Fairest Award (2018), and the team's MVP Award (2018). An outstanding athlete, he previously attended Monash University where he played Australia Rules Football and Cricket.
Graham will have four years of eligibility with the Big Red.

Kason Tarbell has been granted a fifth-year eligibility waiver through the Ivy League Office. The senior defensive midfielder suffered a season-ending injury three games into the 2018 season. He will have one final season of eligibility.

Hunter Hughes, a 29-year old walk-on has joined the team as a face-off specialist. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 2008-14 and achieved the rank of Sergeant and Billet of Scout Sniper Team Leader. Hughes attended Moorpark College. He has one season of eligibility.
