2/17/2020 2:00:00 PM

ITHACA, N.Y. -- Here are some notes from this past weekend's road losses to Harvard (85-63) and Dartmouth (75-53).

Harvard Game

  • Noah Gear scored 13 points on 5-of-6 shooting in just eight minutes of action. He entered the game with two points and became the first Big Red player to score at least 13 points in single-digit minutes of game action since Sam Jacobs posted 15 points in eight minutes at home against Dartmouth in 1987.
  • Max Samberg scored his first two career points and added a career-high three boards.
  • Dean Noll matched his career-best total of four assists.
  • Cornell's 15 first half points is the fewest the Big Red has scored since netting 14 in the first half at Penn in 2017.

Dartmouth Game

  • Terrance McBride tied his career high with 17 points, his third game this year matching that total.
  • His two 3-pointers matched a career-best now met six times in his three seasons.
  • Kobe Dickson had six rebounds, tying his career best, and blocked three shots, his top mark at Cornell.
  • The Big Red committed seven turnovers, the seventh time Cornell has coughed it up single digit times in a game this year. The last time Cornell had seven such games was the 2015-16 campaign.
  • Bryan Knapp had 10 points, his fifth time in double figures in the last seven contests.
  • The Big Red's nine assists tied a season low.
