CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. - The Cornell men's cross country team took the course at the University of Virginia on Saturday morning, earning a 12th-place finish among 23 schools.
Rhys Hammond was the top Big Red runner, leading the way through the tape in 21:22, which was good for 34th-place.
Damian Hackett (45th - 24:304) finished in the top-50, giving the Big Red a boost in the overall team rankings.
