STORYLINES
• The Big Red will face the Crimson on Saturday, Nov. 3 at 12 p.m. at Berylson Field, then turns around to close out its non-conference slate at Boston University on Sunday, Nov. 4 at 2 p.m.
• A Cornell win over Harvard would simplify the Big Red's Ivy Tournament scenarios — it would be in.
• A loss to the Crimson would be more complicated, and the Big Red would need help.
• Cornell would be in with a loss and one of the two other scenarios playing out.
  • Yale defeats Princeton AND Penn defeats Brown OR Princeton defeats Yale AND Penn defeats Brown AND Dartmouth defeats Columbia
• A victory over the Crimson would snap a seven-game Harvard win streak in the series and would be the first top 10 win for the Big Red since knocking off No. 4 Louisville 2-0 on Oct. 23, 2022.
• Cornell enters the weekend riding a three-game win streak, each one-goal victories
• The Big Red's 6-8 record this season is a bit deceiving — five losses have come against teams ranked in the NFHCA top 20 and five total have come by a single goal.
• Cornell entered the 2024 campaign with nine starters and 19 letter winners returning from one of the top teams in program history and has its eyes set on achieving even more.
• The 2023 Big Red set team records for goals (58), assists (62), points (178) and wins (12) a season ago and ranked among the national leaders in scoring defense as well.
