ITHACA, N.Y. -- The Big Red tied for third at the Jen Harris Women's Team Race this weekend, hosted by Navy. Cornell accumulated 72.7 points alongside Boston College and Brown for the three-way podium finish. At the MAISA Inter-Conference Team Race, Cornell grabbed an eighth-place finish after rains and rough waters plagued day one.

Winborne Majette and
Amelia Neumann combined for an 8-3 record across the 12 races. Cornell's wins came over Boston College, Charleston, Tulane, Navy, Old Dominion, South Florida, William Smith, and George Washington.
In St. Mary's City, Md.,

Lauren Ehnot, Wynne Williams,
Clara Hewson, and
Kate Moran finished the weekend with three wins in the rain. The Big Red beat Maritime in Round 2 of the first day and grabbed victories over St. Mary's (Md.) and George Washington in Round 1 of day two.
Cornell sailing returns next weekend with its third consecutive trip to Navy, this time competing in the Graham Hall team race on Saturday and Sunday, March 16-17. Elsewhere, in St. Mary's City, Md., Cornell will also field racers at the SMC Women's Fleet Race over the same stretch.
