Chelsea Karpenko and

Amanda Mazzotta stopped all 19 shots she faced on the day for her 11th shutout of the season. The Big Red went 3-for-7 on the power play on the day while holding Colgate scoreless in six power-play chances.
Colgate netminder Lisa Plenderleith stopped 30 shots in taking the loss for the Raiders, who close out the season with a 12-20-4 record.
Cornell got on the board early in the first period when White scored a power-play tally at the 7:40 mark, the goal that would eventually be the game-winner. White then added an unassisted goal nearly two minutes later, and Danforth capped off the period by deflecting a shot from the point by Rougeau past Plenderleith for the 3-0 lead at the end of one period.
Cornell added a fourth goal with just under five minutes to play in the second period on Rougeau's secnod goal, a highlight reel play that saw her skate through the Colgate defense and faking Plenderleith to the ice before simply skating around her and slotting the puck into the open net. Rougeau then added another insurance goal in the third period that sealed the victory for Cornell.
The Big Red will play host to one of the two semifinals on Friday at Lynah Rink, against either St. Lawrence, Quinnipiac or Rensselaer. That game will begin at 4 p.m.
