PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Three days of the Ivy League Women's Swimming & Diving Championships have come and gone, and three Cornell school records have now fallen, as senior tri-captain Laurel Kiselis broke her own 200-yard freestyle record on Friday at Brown's Katherine Moran Coleman Aquatics Center in Providence, R.I.

Kiselis qualified for the B Final, clocking in at a school record time of 1:48.02 to finish ninth overall and surpass her previous school record mark of 1:49.12 that she set at the 2019 Ivy League Championships. Kiselis had company in the B Final of the event, as Melissa Parker placed 15th with the fourth-fastest time in Cornell history (1:50.25).

In the 400-yard IM, it was Sophia Cherkez who was the face to watch for the Big Red. The junior made the cut for the B Final and touched the wall in 4:22.99 to finish 16th.

Lexi Schaaf swam a solid race in the 100-yard butterfly, placing 14th with a time of 54.36. Maegan Rudolph qualified for the C Final in the event, posting a time of 54.63 to finish 17th. Together, the pair of Schaaf and Rudolph notched the third- and fourth- fastest times, respectively, in the Big Red record books.

The 100-yard breaststroke was highlighted by Cape Murch Elliot's qualification for the B Final, in which the senior tri-captain went on place 12th in 1:03.16. Allison Chang posted a notable performance in the C Final, finishing 21st in 1:04.14, a mark which is good for eighth all-time in Cornell history.

Lavona Harper paced five Big Red swimmers that scored points for the Big Red in the 1,000-yard freestyle, finishing 17th overall and cracking Cornell's all-time top-10 list in the process. Her time of 10:12.86 sits eighth in school history. Annaklara Doel also notched a top-20 finish, placing 19th in 10:14.19.

The 400-yard medley relay team of Alexandra Handlin, Murch Elliot, Schaaf, and Kiselis rounded out the day with a Cornell all-time top-10 mark of their own, placing eighth with the sixth-fastest time (3:44.48) in Big Red history.
