She was a four-time All-Ivy selection as a back on the women's soccer team, earning first-team honors in 1985, 1986 and 1987 and second team honors in 1984. She was also a three-time All-Northeast second-team pick. Goldwasser helped the 1987 team to an overall record of 11-2-2 and a 4-0-2 mark in Ivy competition to earn the program's first-ever Ivy title, after the '86 team finished second in the Ancient Eight. She was co-captain of the 1987 team. The former Nesconset, N.Y., native graduated from Smithtown East High School, where she won all-league and all-county honors. She makes her home in Larchmont, N.Y.
