Won the individual Intercollegiate cross country championship in 1921, as Cornell won the team title with an IC4A record 18 points. He lettered in track in 1921 and 1922. Won the outdoor IC4A two-mile run championship in 1921, and was second in the two-mile at the indoor IC4A championships in 1922.
