Hall of Fame
A long-time friend of Cornell athletics, he participated in track and hockey as a freshman in 1935-36. A member of the University council and the Physical Education and Athletics Advisory Council, Tooker was treasurer and member of the executive committee of the National Football Foundation and Hall of Fame. He served as president of the Cornell Club of New York for many years. He was president of Joseph M. Riehle & Co., Inc. of New York City.
