Hall of Fame
A three-year letterman in cross country and track, he was a two-time outdoor Heptagonal champion in the 880-yard run, setting the Heps record in that event in 1974. He ran the anchor leg of the first-place two-mile relay at the 1974 indoor Heps, and anchored the relay to the nation's fastest clocking at the Nittany Lion Relays that year. He placed fourth in the outdoor IC4A 880 in both 1973 ans 1974, was fifth in the 880 at the 1974 outdoor NCAAs, and placed third in the 1,000-yard run at the 1974 indoor IC4A championshs. Captain of the track team in 1973-74, he set Cornell records in the 880, 1,000 and indoor and outdoor mile run.
