Intihar was an Associated Press honorable mention All-American in 1955 at end for the Big Red. He paced the team with 12 catches for 145 yards and a touchdown during that season. Intihar was a first-team All-Ivy pick in 1953. The two-year letter winner was chosen by the Green Bay Packers in the 18th round of the 1956 NFL Draft.
