Pacheco was selected to the College Squash Association All-America Second Team and the All-Ivy League First Team in both 2013 and 2014. She was also named to the 2014 Winter Academic All-Ivy League squad. Pacheco was 9-6 in her senior season from showcase courts, competing all but two of her matches at the No. 2 position. Her nine victories were tied for the team high. She helped the Big Red finish sixth in the CSA national rankings in each of her last three seasons on East Hill. As a senior, Pacheco finished the season ranked 17th in the country after winning the first-round consolation bracket at the CSA Individual Championships.
