Freshour was named honorable mention All-American and first-team All-Ivy during his senior season as the anchor of one of the top defenses in the Ivy League. He finished the season ranked seventh in the Ivy League and 47th in the nation with 1.31 caused turnovers per game, having forced at least one turnover in 13-of-15 games during the year. Over his career, Freshour played in all but three games during his time on East Hill.
