A three-time NCAA All-American, Radoslav earned second-team accolades in the outdoor 4x400 relay in 2015 and the 400m hurdles outdoors in both 2015 and 2017. As a freshman, she was an honorable mention All-American for her performance in the 400 hurdles at NCAA Championships, and her 4x400 relay team earned second team All-America honors after the team set a school and Ivy League record in the NCAA Preliminary Round to qualify for the finals. She then took 15th overall in the 400 hurdles as a junior to capture honorable mention All-America accolades. She holds the school record in the event by more than a full second.
