A two-time Inside Lacrosse honorable mention All-American (2020, 22), Piatelli graduated third on the school's career goals (147) list and fifth in points (196). The 2022 first-team All-Ivy selection and a finalist for the Senior CLASS Award was the nation's leader in goals per game for the national runner-up, posting a school-record 66 goals as a fifth-year senior. He was named honorable mention All-Ivy in 2019.
