Fraser became the first Cornell player to become a four-time first-team All-Ivy pick on the gridiron and just the third player to achieve that milestone in conference history (Harvard linebacker Dante Balestracci - '00, '01, '02, '03; Harvard running back Clifton Dawson – '03, '04, '05, '06). Fraser was named a 2015 third-team STATS FCS All-American. The career conference leader in punting average (42.8) by more than a yard per punt, he set Big Red records for punts downed inside the 20 (69), punts of at least 50 yards (48), punts that were fair caught (52) and career punting yards (9,234). In 2016, Cornell led the Ivy League in net punting (37.3 yards) and Fraser finished second in punts downed inside the 20 (23) while leading the circuit in 50-yard punts (13). Overall, he was second in the Ivy League and 22nd nationally in punting average (41.9). Fraser did not have a kick blocked in four varsity seasons (216 punts), averaged at least 40 yards per punt in 36 of 40 career games and was named Ivy League Special Teams Player of the Week twice. As a junior in 2015, Fraser ranked fourth in the FCS and first in the Ivy League in punting average at 44.8 yards per kick. It was the third straight year he led the Ivy League in punting average - each year by at least two full yards per punt. Fraser finished 19th nationally and first in the Ivy League in punting average (41.7) by nearly three full yards per kick (2.8) as a sophomore in 2014. He had Ivy league's longest punt (72 yards) among his 10 kicks of 50+ yards and led the Ancient Eight with 21 kicks placed inside the 20, two more than any other punter in the league. Fraser earned Special Teams Player of the Week accolades once during the year. He had an outstanding freshman campaign in 2013, becoming the fourth Cornell football player to capture Ivy League Rookie of the Year honors. A first-team All-Ivy pick, he led the Ancient Eight in punting average (42.9 yards per punt), setting a school record for a season in that category that he'd go on to break as a junior. Fraser ranked 17th nationally and third among freshmen in punting.
