Chris Cook earned the first post-season accolade of his career with an honorable mention All-American selection after a tremendous senior campaign. A two-year member of the Big Red's second offensive midfield, Cook made the transition to the defensive midfield prior to the 2015 season and quickly established himself as one of the best in the nation. He was also an invaluable member of Cornell's face-off unit, playing on the wing and helping the squad to a .657 winning percent overall, good for fourth in the nation. Cook finished the year ranked 26th in the nation, and first among all non-face-off midfielders, with 4.94 ground balls per game. A player with tremendous speed and an aggressive style of play, he also helped to spark transition and finished the year with four goals and five assist for a career-high nine points. Â
