Adler is a three-time All-American, twice being recognized on the first team. In addition, he was a two-time unanimous selection to the all-Ivy first-team (2022, 2023). He earned a starting spot in his second season, starting all five games before the season was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2022, Adler matched the Cornell single-season caused turnover record with 34. He scooped 63 ground balls in his senior season, and 149 across his career. Adler was selected first overall in the 2023 Premier Lacrosse League draft, being just the second defender all-time to go number one. In 2023, Adler was awarded the William C. Schmeisser award for the nation’s top defender, the first Cornellian to receive the award since Mitch Belisle in 2007.
