Lintner emerged during the 2014 season as one of the best finishers in the country, ranking seventh in the nation and first in the Ivy League in goals per game (2.94 gpg.). He was an honorable mention All-American and a second-team All-Ivy selection after registering 10 hat tricks to finish the year with 47 goals, good for 10th all-time in Cornell's single-season goals list. He also ranked second on the team in points (47) and sixth in the Ivy League in points per game (3.25). Lintner led the team and the conference in man-up goals (9) and also registered one man-down goal on the season.
