Wilt was named to the IRCA All-America second team for his efforts rowing for the Cornell heavyweight team. He sat in the fifth seat of the varsity eight in the Big Red's two regattas during a COVID-shortened 2021 season. Cornell was ranked in the top 15 nationally in the IRCA Coaches Poll and took 13th at the IRA regatta. Wilt previously rowed for the second and third varsity eights over his first two seasons, and after a junior spring that was canceled due to the COVID-19 outbreak, he came back to lead the varsity eight in his final season.
