Dickson was named an honorable mention All-American by Inside Lacrosse as a senior after helping the Big Red to its second Ivy League title in program history. A two-time first-team All-Ivy League pick, Dickson was also twice named to the conference's all-tournament squad. She was twice named to the IWLCA All-Region team, including to the first team as a senior. Dickson finished her career with the sixth most points in program history (177), the third most assists (85) and the second most draw controls (145). Her 41 assists as a senior set a single-season school record.
