A four-year letter winner and a two-year captain, she won the vaulting title at the NYS championships and was second on balance beam at the Ivy League meet as a senior. She averaged 33.6 points per meet in the all-around, and was a co-recipient of the Jill Ryer Award for outstanding leadership. As as a freshman, she was 2nd in vault, 4th on beam and 7th in the all-around at the Ivy championships. As a sophomore, she was 2nd on vault and 4th in the all-around at the Ivy championships as Cornell won the team title; 2nd in floor ex and 3rd in the all-around at the NYS championships, where Cornell placed first; she was 4th in floor ex and 7th in all-around at EAIAW championships. She graduated with a 4.0 GPA in biology and was a two-time first team Academic All-America selection. Inducted into GTE Academic All-America Hall of Fame in 1997.
