Neumann was a four-time, first-team All-MAISA crew member, garnering first-team honors in both women’s and open as a junior and senior. An honorable mention All-American by the ICSA as a senior, she was part of a unit that finished as high as fourth at the women's fleet race national championships and was in the top eight each year. Neumann was part of two women's fall championship teams, four MAISA women's spring title squads and two team race champs.
