Rackley was a two-time EIWA champion who earned NCAA All-America honors with a fifth-place showing at 177 pounds in 1993. During his two-year varsity career, Rackley posted a 69-13 record with 34 bonus wins and 11 pins. The two-time first-team All-Ivy League selection transferred in to Cornell from Oklahoma State.
