Collier was a three-time All-American (1st team '86, 3rd team '85 & 2nd team '87), All-Ivy and All-Northeast selection. She was named to the All-Ivy League Second team as a freshman, and set Cornell season and career records for goals, assists and points. Collier was named the Ivy Player of the Year in 1986, then set Ivy and school records for game points and goals scored in 1987. She was named to ISAA Top 30 Senior Recognition team and led Cornell to 35-14-8 record during her four years and a share of Ivy title in 1987. Collier was named the Cornell Sun Athlete of the Year and Ithaca Journal Female Athlete of the Year ('87-88).
