A two-time captain and an honorable mention All-American by USILA in his senior season, Ierlan began starting for the Big Red in his freshman season. He started 50 of his 52 career appearances and had a career goals against average of 11.40. The Victor, N.Y., native tallied a career save percentage of .517. He made 179 saves in his All-American season and 590 across his career, good for fifth all-time at Cornell. In 2023, Ierlan tallied 21 saves on two occasions (vs. Penn State, at Yale), both marking career-highs. Ierlan was named first-team all-Ivy in 2023, and honorable mention in 2019.
