Sachvie was named to the College Squash Association's All-America Second Team for three consecutive seasons from 2008 to 2010. He was named the team's Most Valuable Player in 2008 and 2009, and the Co-Most Valuable Player in 2010. He was also named to the All-Ivy League First Team three times, and served as a member of the winning Ontario team at the Canadian Winter Games in 2007-08.
