An honorable mention Associated Press All-American in 1941 at end, garnering honorable mention All-East accolades as well. He lettered three times (1939, 1940, 1941) and scored five touchdowns during the 1940 campaign. Bufalino later went to sign with the Boston Yanks of the NFL in 1946.
