Levine was named to the lacrosse All-America second team as an attackman in 1976, after being an honorable mention pick the previous year. As both a junior and senior, he ranked third in team scoring (behind fellow attackman Mike French ’76 and Eamon McEneaney ’77). The trio was regarded as one of the most, if not the most, potent attacks ever fielded by a lacrosse team. A key member of the undefeated NCAA championship team in 1976, he led all Cornell scorers in the tourney semifinals vs. Johns Hopkins with five goals, and in the championship contest vs. Maryland, he netted four markers. He was chosen to the All-Ivy second team in 1974 and 1976, and was an honorable mention pick in 1975. He currently ranks third on Cornell’s all-team scoring list with 175 points on 123 goals and 52 assists. Levine is a graduate of Lynbrook, N.Y. High School.
