Duggan appeared in 39 contests for the Big Red during his career, being named an Inside Lacrosse Media honorable mention All-American in 2020 after coming into his own during his senior campaign. Duggan helped the team to a perfect 5-0 record and a No. 2 national ranking in the USILA Coaches’ Poll in 2020 before the season was cancelled due to COVID-19. He led the team in ground balls (19) and ranked second in caused turnovers (6), also earning Academic All-Ivy accolades. As a sophomore, Duggan helped Cornell to the 2018 Ivy League Tournament Championship and an NCAA Tournament berth, as the team went on to defeat Syracuse in the opening round and advance to the NCAA Quarterfinals.
