Cornell University Athletics

He was an All-America second-team selection as a goalkeeper on the soccer team in 1943, when Cornell compiled a 6-1-1 record.   He won letters  in soccer in 1943 and 1945.  He also won a junior varsity letter in basketball in 1944.
