Airwele earned second team NCAA All-America honors as part of the 4x400 relay, helping Cornell finish 13th at the 2014 Outdoor Championships. She was part of Big Red relay teams that won the 4x400 relays both indoors and outdoors at the ECAC/IC4A championships and Heptagonal championships in 2014 and outdoors in 2012. She finished on the podium in the 400 at Heps twice, placing third outdoors as a senior and second as a junior. Airwele graduated ranked in the top 10 individually in the 400 meters both indoors and outdoors.
