Lai went 36-14 (.720) over three seasons at Cornell, including 20-10 in the No. 1 spot in the Big Red’s lineup over the last two seasons. She earned first-team All-Ivy honors as a sophomore junior and senior. A three-time CSA All-American, she earned first-team honors as a sophomore and senior and was a second-team all-CSA selection as a junior. Lai competed in the CSA Individual National Championships three times in her career, winning her Round of 16 matches as a sophomore and senior.
