Domenick competed exclusively at the No. 2 spot during his senior season, posting an 8-4 record and earning a spot on the College Squash Association's All-America Second Team in 2012. He was a two-time All-Ivy League pick, and he also earned Academic All-Ivy honors in 2011. He was named the team's most valuable player after competing at the No. 1 position as a sophomore. After that season, he was a member of the bronze medal-winning United States team at the World University Games in Australia.
