Woodford earned second-team All-America honors as part of the 4x400 relay team that earned a spot in the 2015 Outdoor NCAA finals. She was part of six Heptagonal championship relay teams, including the 4x100 relay team that broke Ivy League and Outdoor Heps records in 2016. She was also a leg on the Indoor Heps record-setting team in the mile relay. Woodford ran the anchor leg of the 4x400 relay team that won an Ivy title indoors and the 4x100 relay outdoors at the ECAC Championship during her freshman year. She set a pair of freshman school records as a rookie.
