Losty was selected to the College Squash Association All-America Second Team in 2017 after storming to a title in her bracket at the CSA Individual Championships. She defeated Princeton's Alexandra Toth in a back-and-forth that went the full five games to give Losty the Holleran North bracket championship. All of the victories over the weekend vaulted Losty to 19th in the CSA's final individual rankings for the season after she recorded a team-best record of 10-5 from the Nos. 2 and 3 positions during dual matches.
