All Americans Honors

Cornell students have been listed among the elite competitors in the country from the time intercollegiate competition began in the late 1800s. Hundreds have earned the title of All-American over the years, signifying their places among the elite in their sports.

This list is a collection of those All-Americans. If you see errors or have additional information to share that would help us grow the list, please contact cornellsid@cornell.edu and we'll research any possible omissions.

All-America teams are selected annually in various collegiate sports. Each sport has its own way of naming All-Americans, and when available, the organization naming them is listed. Each year different sets of All-American teams are recognized toward consensus and unanimous selection recognition. A "unanimous selection" is a player who is listed as a first team All-American by all recognized lists. A "consensus All-American" is a player who is listed as a first team All-American by at least half of the recognized lists.

In addition, Academic All-Americans as chosen by the College Sports Information Directors Association (CoSIDA) are included in the All-America list.
